Rachna is currently pursuing Ph.D. in the leading area of Organisational Behaviour (OB) from Symbiosis International University, Pune and working as visiting faculty in various subjects of HR domain in reputed Management colleges of Pune.
She has worked as an Academic Associate in Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) for 3 years. She has been associated with various eminent faculties of Organizational Behaviour Area of IIMA where along with assistance in teaching she has conducted various Management Development Programmes. She has been involved in preparing training schedules for scheduling and tracking progress of students/participants to ensure that the learning objectives are being met so as to achieve higher proficiency ratings. She has also worked as a soft skill coordinator
