Was instrumental in gearing up placements for IBS-Pune and brought many multinationals and reputed employers to the campus. Was responsible for maintaining top most average CTC in IBS fraternity for 5 years in a row.
She has contributed a Column “Brand Gatha” for the oldest Marathi News Paper Kesari. She has recently started her own Management Consultancy and has ventured out into Corporate Training.
